General Rules

  • I reserve the right to refuse any order placed on this website or through social media.

  • Please don't ask me to let you know when X is in stock. I have memory issues and can't guarantee I'll remember to message everyone. Instead, there are waitlists available under each product listing.

  • This website and my social media pages are inclusive spaces. Homophobia, transphobia, ableism, racism, fascism, and any other hate will not be tolerated.

Shipping

  • I am not responsible for any postal delays once your order has left my hands, but I will do my best to help if something goes wrong.

  • Items are shipped via Canada Post unless disruptions occur.

  • Oddity Items: Shipping for these products is currently limited to Canada and the United States. (More countries coming soon)

    • As the buyer of animal remains, it is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws. The products I offer do not violate any restrictions in my area; however, they may not be legal in other regions.

    • Your order will be cancelled if I notice that it violates any law or restriction. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

  • Stickers: International shipping is available

Payment

  • You can check out with all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna.

  • E-transfer is available upon request. Please contact me on Instagram for more details.

  • I also love doing trades! If you're an artist or maker, feel free to message me anytime.

Refunds/Returns

  • Items will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to modify your address before your order is shipped, please contact graceschaoticcreations@gmail.com  

  • If the buyer provides the incorrect address and the order is shipped, I will do my best to have it returned to me. Once I receive the package, it will be resent at the buyer's expense. I am not responsible for any additional fees incurred due to the wrong address being provided.

    • If you choose not to pay for your item(s) to be re-shipped, your order will be considered abandoned, and a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You will receive 50% of the item's price back to your original payment method. Any fees already spent to ship the package to you will not be included in the refund.

    • If your order gets lost in the mail/delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information, no refund will be issued. I understand the frustration this may cause; however, I am not responsible for the actions of the postal service or customer error.

  • If the cost of shipping decreases before your package is shipped, the difference will be refunded

  • Stickers: A replacement is available if stickers arrive damaged or you receive the wrong design(s). Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with the following:

    • Name on order

    • Order number

    • Photos of stickers + envelope

  • If your stickers have not arrived within 14 days after receiving the fulfillment email, please contact me with your name and order number.  

  • Oddity Items: I hold no responsibility for these items being lost or damaged by the postal service. I take great care to package my art securely; however, some shipping conditions are beyond my control. That said, I will happily provide repair advice and any information required to help you file a shipping insurance claim.

    • By default, packages sent through Canada Post are insured for $100 CAD. Extra coverage is available at an additional cost upon request; please contact me for more information.

Custom Orders

  • To commission a piece from me, please fill out the custom order form or message me on Instagram.

  • A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your piece. The remainder is due upon completion. Your order will not be shipped until I have received the full payment.

  • Turnaround time for custom orders is typically 4–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of your request. You will receive an estimate when we finalize the details.

  • I provide photo updates throughout the creation process. Please keep an eye on your inbox; your approval is required before your order can be shipped.

  • Rush Orders: Need your piece made sooner for a gift or event? I offer one rush order spot per month.

    • To fast-track your piece, a 25% rush fee will be applied to the item total.

    • Rush orders must be paid in full before I begin working and are non-refundable.

    • Rush orders can be made in 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of your request.

    • Rush orders are dependent on what I have in stock, as I will not have time to order new materials.

  • Custom orders are final sale. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

    • Please refer to the "Oddity Items" section of my refund/return policy for details about what happens if your order is damaged during shipping.

  • Customer-provided specimens are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please email pictures to graceschaoticcreations@gmail.com so I can determine if they're suitable to preserve.

  • I reserve the right to refuse any request that conflicts with my ethical standards.

  • Out of respect for fellow artists, I do not replicate the work of others. Reference photos can be helpful, but I will always create something one-of-a-kind for you.
